From our first conversation to your final fitting, we’ll guide you through a personalized journey — listening to your inspirations, sketching your ideas, sourcing exquisite fabrics, and refining every detail until your gown feels like you. Request Appointment

Initial appointment

We’ll start with a one-on-one chat about your vision, timing, and budget. During this appointment, Kiera will also take your measurements so we can start with the perfect fit. If you’re ready to move forward, a $250 deposit saves your spot and kicks off the design process.

Design details

This is the fun part! Kiera will put together a custom mood board with sketches and fabric swatches so you can really see your ideas come to life. Once you’re in love with the direction, you’ll confirm the design by signing the contract and paying in full.

Muslin mockup

Before working with your actual fabric, Kiera will create a mock-up version of your gown using muslin (a plain cotton fabric) in your measurements. This step makes sure the fit and style are just right, and it’s your chance to make any last tweaks before the final dress is made.

Dress construction

Now the magic really begins! Using your approved mock-up as a guide, Kiera will create your gown in the chosen fabric. You’ll come in for 3–4 fittings during this stage to make sure every detail is absolutely perfect.

Final fitting + Pick up

At your final fitting, we’ll take care of any last little adjustments and set a pick-up date—usually the week of your wedding or event—so your gown is fresh, flawless, and ready to wear.

  • Custom bridal designs start at $5k.

    Custom special occasion designs start at $2k.

  • Custom bridal designs can take up to one year from the initial appointment. There is an 8-10 month delivery timeline from the date of placing your order.

    Custom special occasion designs have a 6-8 month delivery timeline from the date of placing your order.

  • Yes! Many of our special occasion design clients are members of a bridal party. We love helping the mother of the bride, mother of the groom, bridesmaids, or other important party members find their dream look. Please note that the minimum budget of $2k is per design.

  • Yes! While we love hosting our clients at our salon, we understand in person isn’t always possible. We’ll either have a Zoom meeting to walk you through taking measurements or suggest a local-to-you seamstress to help with measurements. Note that you will forfeit the in-person fittings.

  • Yes, we offer both services. Dress preservation includes cleaning and sealing your dress an acid-free, plastic box that protects for outside elements. Preservation is offered for $595. Cleaning only is offered for $350.
